LINKMED®
ADT/ORDER/Result Interface For GE MUSE CIS
Bi-directional
HL7 ADT/Order, Result and Billing Interfaces
LINKMED® ADT/ORDER is a
pre-defined Bi-directional HL7 interface connecting
GE MUSE CIS to the Hospital Information System and
EMR/Clinical Systems
Overview:
LINKMED® ADT/ORDER allows HL7 Orders to be transferred
from the HIS or EMR Systems to GE MUSE CIS automatically,
eliminating manual data entry errors in the test studies
and reports output.
The interface accepts standard HL7 order (ORM) and
ADT messages from the HIS and EMR Systems. The HL7
ADT /Order messages are processed and inserted into
LINKMED ADT/ORDER internal intermediate database and
Output parsed message to GE MUSE CIS system.
Inbound Interface:
LINKMED® ADT/ORDER interface allows ECG technicians
to download ECG orders to Cardiographs via HTTP query
or LINKMED® Select client application. ADT and
Orders information can also be sent to pre-defined
"Order Inbox" directories within
the hospital network.
Outbound Interface:
ECG Reporting Results are output to a shared directory
for LINKMED® ADT/ORDER server following physician's
over-read and confirmation of ECG(s) studies or technician
completed the test result reports, the confirmed ECG
results or completed test result reports are automatically
processed by LINKMED® ADT/ORDER interface into
HL7 Result (ORU) and/or Billing (DFT) messages for
transmitting back to Hospital Information or EMR Systems
via TCP/IP.
LINKMED®
