Overview:

HL7 ADT/Orders transmission from Hospital
informationor EMR systems via TCP/IP, HTTPS, VPN to
LINKMED Transcription Interface server
- Dictation voice-files are also uploaded to LINKMED®
HL7 Transcription server via FTP

Transcription templates are created
by matching ADT/Order information to that of the voice-files
- Transcription templates and associates voice-files are
ready to be dowloaded by transcriptionist via WebSelect
Client with internet connection (on-site or off-site)
- Transcriptionist uploads transcribed report back to LINKMED®
HL7 Transcription Server
- HL7 result messages are created and sent back to the Hospital
Information or EMR Systems via TCP/P socket connection over
VPN

access to transcribe template via LINKMED® Webselect
client using internet connection and bowser

customized for any HIS or EMR system, thus
eliminating the need to re-map messages by
the HIS interface engine team

HL7 Message: Billing messages
can be batched and ftp transfer or send real-time
via TCP/IP socket connection
