Selecting HL7
message segments from the LINKMED® HL7 library
Your first step of creating your interface template is
choosing your HL7 segments from the Mapper HL7 library. HL7
ADT interface has more HL7 segments in the message than HL7
Order message. The following steps show you how to select your
HL7 segments from LINKMED® Message Mapper HL7 library.
From the Mapper configuration screen:
- Click on the Mapper HL7 button to access the Mapper HL7
library
- Select HL7 segment from the left library pane and move
it to the right pane
- Use up and down button to sequence your HL7 segments
- Click on The OK button to exit and save your selection
- You are now ready to create your interface template
